Sutton & Jackson's Point Real Estate
The Town of Georgina came together as a Township back in 1970 and incorporated into a Town by 1986. The merger of the Village of Sutton got Georgina on the map officially (North Gwillimbury used to be part of Georgina, but broke off and separated to become its own Township). Communities within Georgina are Sutton, Belhaven, Keswick, Jackson’s Point, Willow Beach, Pefferlaw, Udora, Port Bolster, Brownhill, Virginia, Baldwin, Brighton Beach and part of Ravenshoe. Sitting within the most northern area of the Region of York, Georgina is neighbours and shares borders with the Township of Brock in the east, the Town of Bradford/West Gwillimbury & Cook Bay in the west, the south east shores of Lake Simcoe in the north and the Township of Uxbridge/East Gwillimbury in the southern area.

Many of the waterfront parks are excellent spots to do a little fishing (all year around) and take in the sunsets. The ROC is the hot spot of Georgina, for its fantastically fun ziplining, rock climbing wall with both high/low ropes. The Roc also provides access to unique walking/hiking/cycling & jogging trails that run along the north shore and alternative labyrinth single-walking trail. This adventure & exploration area also has splash pads, volleyball/tennis & basketball courts, soccer field and softball diamond.
